It’s never too early to build healthy habits!

Our Active Teens program is designed to introduce young people to gym-based fitness in a safe, supportive environment. Participants will learn the fundamentals of cardiovascular and strength training, helping them develop proper technique, build confidence, and train safely and effectively.

This 5-week program runs every Monday and Wednesday at 4:00pm, and also includes practical guidance on making healthy lifestyle choices.

Please note: An Enrolment Form and Pre-Exercise Screening Parent Tool must be completed before your teen can participate.

About Active Teens

What is Active Teens?

This program is designed for teenagers to have access to the gym environment, learning how to effectively workout and create healthy habits to take into their adult years. Each program will be specialised for each individual and will assist in developing strength and improving exercise technique. Stay fit and active while having fun.

Who can participate in Active Teens?

Individuals aged 12 to 16 years.

What is the purpose of the Active Teens program?

The purpose of this program is to educate teenagers on the importance of physical activity and aims to develop positive exercise habits for life.

What are some key features of the program?

Our Active Teens program helps youth grow their confidence while enjoying a fun, supervised fitness program. Those that participate in the program will be guided by fully qualified trainers. All participants will also have access to our high quality gym facilities and equipment.

What do participants need to bring to each session?

It is advised that each participant brings along a towel, water bottle and wears enclosed shoes.
