Scheduled Classes

Our Group Fitness classes are all about the power of the group!   Whether you're pushing yourself in a high-energy Les Mills class, finding your zen with Yoga and Pilates, or cycling your way through a workout, there's something for everyone.

We also offer Functional Training for those looking to improve everyday strength, and specialised classes for older adults to stay active and engaged. Join us and feel the motivation of working out alongside others in a fun, supportive environment.

  • From time to time, scheduled classes may be affected by staff availability. If an instructor is unavailable, we will endevour to offer a virtual class that is the same or similar to the class that was scheduled.

Can't get to a scheduled class?  We've got you!  Our Les Mills Virtual classes are cinematic-quality, on-demand versions of our live group fitness classes.  Attend them when there are no live classes on the timetable at times to suit your lifestyles.   Virtual classes are designed for people who cannot get access to our live classes or who want to get a ‘taste’ of a LES MILLS class before taking a live class with an instructor.

Virtual classes include: RPM, Sprint, The Trip, Bodypump, Bodyattack, Bodybalance, Bodycombat and Les Mills Dance.

Fees

Casual visit - $21 per class

Memberships - from $36.50 per fortnight with unlimited access to all group fitness classes

Yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that helps to build your flexibility and core strength while reducing stress and focusing your mind, to feel calm and serene and to create a lasting sense of wellbeing. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Pump

A barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to get you lean and toned. You’ll work all your major muscles as you build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Step

An athletic and uplifting step workout that increases your cardio fitness and conditions your whole body, pushing it into high gear to burn calories and build functional strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Attack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. This class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Suitable for all fitness levels. Available virtually.

Les Mills Tone

Les Mills Tone class and you’ll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels.

Les Mills RPM

Cardio peak cycle workout that burns calories, shapes and tones leg muscles, improves cardio fitness and stamina. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level and hit an endorphin high.

Les Mills Sprint Virtual

Virtual Sprint is a 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout delivered through our virtual system, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

Les Mills RPM Virtual

Virtual RPM is a low-impact cardio peak cycle workout that burns calories, shapes and tones leg muscles, improves cardio fitness and stamina. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Core Fusion

A dynamic and invigorating group fitness class that targets your core strength, stability, and pelvic floor health. This class combines the principles of Pilates with lower body strength exercises and specialized pelvic floor workouts to help you build a strong, balanced foundation from the inside out. With a focus on low-impact movements, Core Fusion is suitable for all fitness levels and provides a safe yet challenging workout experience. Strengthen your core, improve your-posture, and enhance your overall well-being with Core Fusion.

Pilates

Pilates helps to stabilise and strengthen your core, increase flexibility and maintain good posture. This is a non-impact class that is suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Allow your body and mind to fully connect, taking you to new found flexibility and strength. Relax and take time out of your busy life. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Total Body

A full body workout incorporating strength, cardio, functional movement and balance. This will help improve the cardiovascular system, strength and mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Living Legends

Specialized program for the over 50’s. Become a stronger healthier version of yourself with more vitality and strength. Classes are held under the supervision of a qualified Personal Trainer, you will receive a health assessment and your own tailor made program. Stay and have a cup of tea or coffee on us. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Gym Tonic

Conducted by our qualified personal trainer, perform several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result - a workout that taxes your muscular strength, endurance and your cardiovascular system. Change your body shape and get gym toned fast! Suitable for all fitness levels.
